The classic Italian pommarola ready to be used. Made only with tomatoes and aromatic herbs produced by Violetta in her Blommig Garden Company. Just heat it up a little, season with salt and it is ready to season a plate of pasta or it can be served on slices of toasted bread and a little extra-virgin Tuscan oil or to season a pizza.
Try putting the pommarola in a large pan and let it heat, then toss the artisanal durum wheat pasta such as Fusilli di Senatore Cappelli, a line of extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano or grated pecorino cheese and … good appetite.
