On the hills of Florentine Chianti, near Florence, is the small Agriturismo of Violetta Blommig Gården.
Thanks to the commitment of this young farmer, the family farm has moved to sustainable agriculture where respect for plants, their natural growth and the environment are the main working philosophy.
Since 2012 Violetta has combined traditional recipes, its raw material and a bit of innovation and has begun to transform fruit and vegetables grown on the farm.
Now they produce sweet jams, sweet and sour jams, tomato-based sauces and herbs flavored salts.
The family home has been renovated and houses a small B&B immersed in the greenery very close to the fourteenth-century Certosa di Niccolò Acciaiuoli and the Firenze Impruneta motorway exit.
